Organizing a post

Creating and maintaining an Exploring post is easy – just follow this five-step plan:

1. Secure a commitment from the CEO if your company.
2. A training and program development meeting for adult post leaders will be conducted by an Exploring program representative.
3. A special hands-on meeting will be hosted by your company to recruit new youth participants. (This meeting will be held annually as well.)
4. A program planning meeting with Explorers’ input will be held to reach agreement on monthly post activities.

If you are elected as a post officer, you can participate in a seminar.
